THERAPEUTIC YIN Yoga

I’ve been guiding private and group classes since 2023. Yin is ideal for endurance athletes, golfers, people with limited mobility and anyone who struggles with regular yoga or meditation. It’s the perfect antidote to our busy lives. In this “no-sweat,” let me guide you through some delicious postures (most of them seated) while we tap into a release of the mind through guided meditation. I enjoy creating each class just for you!

PRIME PILATES

I’m pleased to provide private and group mat classes from my studio at Main and 30th. I have developed a men’s health-specific class under the Live Your Prime platform. Prime Pilates offers men a specialized avenue to optimize their fitness and well-being, specifically targeting areas often overlooked in traditional workouts. With a focus on pelvic floor strength, Prime Pilates aids in bladder control and overall urinary health, supported by research indicating that Pilates exercises can improve pelvic floor function:

(1). By enhancing blood flow and circulation to the pelvic region, Prime Pilates can also contribute to improved virility and potency, as studies suggest a correlation between Pilates practice and erectile function

(2). Pilates' emphasis on core strength and alignment benefits posture, reducing pelvic floor dysfunction risk and related issues.

Beyond physical benefits, Prime Pilates fosters a deeper mind-body connection, promoting relaxation and stress reduction, essential components of overall health and well-being.
